Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup of strawberries (200 g)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (200 g)
  • ¼ glass of water (50 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of light unflavored gelatin (15 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of condensed milk (15 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted peanuts (30 g)
  • 1 banana

Preparation

  1. First of all,  to prepare this frozen dessert, you must freeze the strawberries and banana  (cut into slices) for 12 hours.
  2. Then, in a saucepan, bring the water to a boil to prepare the gelatin. Reserve.
  3. After freezing time, beat strawberries and banana together with yogurt until creamy.
  4. Then add the condensed milk and the prepared gelatine and again blend in a blender.
  5. Then pour into ice cream pans and freeze for 2 hours. Remember, this recipe is made with yogurt, so the texture will be creamier than regular ice cream.
  6. Finally, remove from the freezer and add the peanuts and more strawberries if you like.

2. Frozen chocolate yogurt

If you don’t like using chocolate bars to prepare this frozen dessert, you can use cocoa powder, chocolate essence or dark chocolate bar, which is much healthier than regular chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (200 ml)
  • ½ cup of cream (100 ml)
  • 4 tablespoons of chocolate essence (60 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of walnuts (45 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (15 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of brandy (30 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons of stevia (45 g)

Preparation

  1. First, in a large bowl, pour the yogurt, cream and sugar. Beat well until you get a smooth mixture.
  2. Then add the chocolate essence, cornstarch and the brandy tablespoons and beat again.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mold and cover it with a layer of aluminum foil before putting a lid on it.
  4. Then take it to the freezer for 4 or 5 hours.
  5. To finish, remove from the freezer, serve and spread the  walnuts over the frozen yogurt.

3. Frozen yogurt candy with strawberries

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (200 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup (45 ml)
  • ½ cup of strawberries (75 g)

Preparation

  1. Start by cutting the strawberries into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Then take the ice cube tray and pour the yogurt into each hole to about three-quarters full.
  3. Then take it to the freezer for 6 hours.
  4. After that time, remove the ice pan and fill all holes with strawberries. Then add a little more yogurt and cover with aluminum foil.
