  • Also, instead of sweetening with sugar, we’ll opt for agave syrup, honey or refined stevia extract.
  • The fruits we will use will be fresh and, if possible, organic.

These recipes offer us large amounts of fruits and/or vegetables that we can modify according to our preference.

They are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. Furthermore, they are very nutritious and do not make you fat. On the contrary, they help us lose weight, as they satisfy hunger.

They are an ideal aperitif, as already said, for mid-morning and afternoon or even to surprise guests on special occasions.

In this case, we will try to serve them in bowls decorated with some of the ingredients contained and, optionally, with a little vegetable cream of rice, oats or coconut.

Vitamins can be taken by people of any age group. For children, they are an original and nutritious way to eat fruit.

Both in this case and for people who make important physical efforts, we can also add ground dried fruit to provide the body with an adequate daily dose of protein. The amount of ingredients will depend on the number of servings.

Green leafy vegetables are very rich in magnesium and fiber, help us to clean the body and act as regulators of the nervous system.

It is a way of “drinking” a good “salad” in the morning, enjoying the sweet taste of a vitamin. In addition, the avocado contained in this recipe gives the drink a creamy texture and essential fatty acids for health.

If we take this vitamin in the morning, we will improve intestinal transit in a natural way, without the need to ingest laxatives.

Ingredients

  • Avocado (including, if you like, the zest of the seed);
  • Fresh spinach;
  • Very ripe banana;
  • Vegetable drink or apple juice;
  • Agave, honey or stevia syrup;

As we said before, the quantities of all recipes will depend on the number of servings and the preferences of each one.

Mix well all the ingredients until you get a smooth vitamin. Then serve it in a large glass, decorated with a slice of apple or banana.

Yellow vitamin is an ideal remedy to improve our digestion, as it helps to prevent fluid retention, activate our metabolism and is even positive for weight loss diets.

This vitamin has a refreshing, tropical and slightly spicy flavor, ideal for hot weather. We need to add a vegetable cream to the recipe to provide the ideal creaminess.

Ingredients

  • Very ripe pineapple;
  • Ginger juice or powdered ginger;
  • Coconut powder (or grated);
  • Vegetable cream of oat, rice or coconut;
  • Purified stevia.

In this recipe, the ideal is to use the pineapple peel, after all, it contains many beneficial properties for health.

To do this, just boil it for 15 minutes and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then add it to the other ingredients and beat everything together until you get a smooth vitamin.

This vitamin is especially recommended for people who suffer from intestinal problems such as constipation, diarrhea, colitis, parasites etc.

Furthermore, its taste is delicious and its health benefits are many.

Ingredients

  • Papaya (including some seeds, with antiparasitic properties);
  • Mango;
  • Flaxseeds (soaked in a little water overnight. This water will also be added to the smoothie);
  • Peel of an organic orange (we’ll only use a small piece);
  • Purified agave, honey or stevia syrup.

Beat the ingredients until you see that the papaya and flaxseeds are well ground. If you prefer, decorate with a little orange zest or a piece cut from the skin.
